Jason’s work has consistently focused on high-change business environments: companies separating from parent organizations, modernizing legacy platforms, scaling digital capabilities, rebuilding technology teams, and improving execution.
As CTO, Jason leads technology strategy for a nationwide telehealth and digital pharmacy platform following the company’s transition to an independent investor-backed business. His work includes leadership across engineering, infrastructure, security, IT operations, platform development, and operating model design.
As CTO, Jason led enterprise technology functions supporting seven branded websites, more than 1,000 retail locations, multiple marketplaces, office locations, and distribution centers. He led the Trident eCommerce transformation to replace legacy platforms and a custom order management system.
Jason led the technology carve-out from Kate Spade and served as Lucky Brand’s first IT employee. He built the IT organization from the ground up, defined the vendor strategy, and led the replacement of every major IT component in 15 months.
Jason led enterprise application delivery for supply chain, merchandising, and corporate systems across Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and West Elm, including international expansion, vendor consolidation, and rapid eCommerce launches.
As Global Logistics and Distribution Practice Lead, Jason was responsible for an $85M+ technology services portfolio and led application rationalization, global delivery, and logistics technology work.
Jason led technology strategy, delivery, integration, testing, and business continuity efforts for major transportation and logistics clients, including operationally critical large-scale environments.
